The Challenge
Pro Compact Estates builds premium compact homes across three design lines: Urban Haven (20ft), Pro Haven (30ft), and Grand Haven (40ft). They needed more than a website. They needed a complete digital ecosystem that handled everything from lead capture and home visualization to financing, appointment booking, and ongoing customer communication.
Our Solution
We designed a modern, luxurious website and built an entire operational platform around it. The centerpiece is an interactive design builder that lets users configure a tiny home in a modal, selecting size, layout, and finishes, then view 3D renders of their custom build. Behind the scenes, we integrated their finance system for real-time rate calculations, built a pay-for-appointment booking flow, and implemented an email campaign manager with a full dashboard for nurturing leads. We also deployed a Vox AI service that makes automated, natural-sounding phone calls to assess new leads, follow up with dead leads, and re-engage potential future buyers.

The design builder is the core conversion tool. Users select from three home sizes (20ft, 30ft, 40ft), customize interior and exterior options, and see a 3D render of their configuration. The builder captures design preferences as structured data that feeds directly into the sales pipeline.
The Vox AI integration handles three call types: initial lead qualification for new inquiries, re-engagement calls for leads that went cold, and follow-up calls for prospects who showed interest but have not committed. The AI voice is natural-sounding and follows scripted conversation flows tuned for each scenario.
